5 Weeks to Grief Relief

This program slowly helps you to acknowledge where your grief lives in your body, open to it, and transform through it. It’s a process of introspection, active release, reflection, rest & moving forward

The grief journey is hard, but to transform, renew, and rebuild your life you need to embrace your feelings and let go of what is weighing you down.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness in both mind and body.

Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, for slow release and nourishment to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the goal to increase circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Class schedule: Mondays on Zoom at 6:00pm EST

(NO CLASS 11/11 or 12/9)

Move and Restore

A soothing practice for the end of your day.

In the first half of this 1 hour class we will focus on gentle movement, breath work and meditation. Following will be 30 minutes of restorative poses to calm body, mind and spirit.

Personal Private Yoga

Private yoga sessions provide the opportunity for you, the student to experience what you need, every time. Think of private yoga sessions as a gift to yourself, just as you would a massage, personal training session or other healing practice.
