Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness in both mind and body.

Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, for slow release and nourishment to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the goal to increase circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Move and Restore

A soothing practice for the end of your day.

In the first half of this 1 hour class we will focus on gentle movement, breath work and meditation. Following will be 30 minutes of restorative poses to calm body, mind and spirit.
