Move and Restore - Weekly Class

A soothing practice for the end of your day.

In the first half of this 1 hour class we will focus on gentle movement, breath work and meditation. Following will be 30 minutes of restorative poses to calm body, mind and spirit.

Yoga for Grief Monthly Class

This class is designed to support you through loss. Whether you are grappling with the overwhelming pain of losing someone close, navigating the aftermath of a marriage or relationship breakup, or dealing with significant life changes, this class will help you to connect with your inner self, acknowledge and release pent-up emotions, embrace your strength and courage and facilitate your journey towards joy and happiness while letting go of what no longer serves you.

Yin Yoga & SFMR Monthly Class

Yin Yoga is a slow paced type of yoga where poses are held for 3-5 min typically. The practice helps to increase mobility, and hydrate the body's fascial network and invites slowing down and relaxing. Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) is self-massage, often done using aides like yoga blocks, and massage or tennis balls. Myo- refers to muscles, and fascia is a layer of connective tissue that connects your skin to your muscles. We can hold a lot of tension in these tissues, and this technique can “release” and relax them.
